Feature awareness on PL vs PB routines

Even after using the program for ~1 year its not clear to me what the main differences between PL vs PB programs are and what tradeoffs there are in terms of customization, SBD vs bodybuilding vs functional tradeoffs etc. might be good to make a blog post or some way for users to get more information about how Evolve specifically designs these programs.
