Incorporate Cardio into the Program
It would be nice if I could tell the program how much cardio I’d like to do and it could incorporate it into the training program. A problem I have with just trying to do cardio on top of the program is that it generally already gives me close the most amount of work I can do in a week. It would be nice if it could program some shorter training days to leave time for cardio, or maybe even swap some of the accessories for some cardio sessions.

Ability to easily see all exercise history in workout
If I click on an exercise during a workout, I can see my top set from the previous workout. I’d like to be able to see my complete exercise history. Use case: Say my workout has 1x3 squats at RPE 8 followed by 2×3@6. I want to see what weight I did last time for the sets at RPE 6. The weight suggestions are helpful, but my experience from last week provides a better gauge for what to aim for this workout.

Toggle between straight sets and myoreps on a per workout basis
Sometimes I need to do myoreps for accessories when time is tight. I want to be able to switch from a straight set protocol to myorep protocol while in an active workout.

Would be useful to have a questionnaire to get an inventory checklist of gym equipment available to the lifter, thereby filtering usable exercises from the main exercise pool based on equipment listed. A standardized checklist may suffice, ex. Rack type (Full / Half / Combo, etc.); Bench type (Flat / Incline / Decline); Machines (Leg Press, Hack Squat, Belt Squat, etc.); Other equipment (Bands, Chains, Boards, Weight Releasers, etc.). As a secondary function, it may also be helpful to see more in-depth choices for alternative exercises rather than just a list. Some example scenarios: What are some / is the best alternative to Incline Bench Press if the lifter only has a flat bench? What are some / is the best alternative to a belt squat, leg press, etc. in the absence of machines? Thanks.

Re-order exercises
I would like the option to change the order of exercises during a workout and also in the program design section where you modify the blocks. Because I like to do my comp lifts first and then any accesories. I know I can just do the exercises in any order but it would be nice to change this so that there is a better overview of what is to come during my workout.

Cannot make my comp deadlift a primary slot
I have created a custom training split where I’m deadlifting twice per week. Once is a RDL (accessory) and the other would be my primary comp deadlift. However the only option for the strength slot is ‘strength - 2’. I have tried deleting this slot and both slots but still can only add it as strength - 2 slot. Cheers

Options for timer sounds
Please add the option to pick alternate notification sounds for the end of a rest timer. The app currently uses whatever the default notification sound is set to on the iOS device being used. Being able to choose something different within the app without having to change the device default sound would be very helpful.

This helps me pace my workout and know if I’m taking too much rest or have time to add extra cardio / stretch more vs. finding out I overshoot my 1hr estimate into a 1.5-2hr session or vice versa.
