Add progressive overload principle, that users can incorporate to self made workouts and premade workouts, build it for consistency and make it intelligent, add a foundational powerlifting program that focuses on the core lifts of powerlifting, squat, bench, deadlift. Add a sleep cycle and rest days. Consider adding a searchable complete guide to proper form for core lifts, squawt, bench, and deadlift. Prefer text with video examples. Looking forward to hearing from you.
